The Coquat Ranch is located near Aransas Pass on County Road 4491, also named County Road 99, off of Highway 35.
County Road 99 is only on one side of the highway. The other side has no road. Once you turn down County Road 99, it'll be about 1 mile down the road and will be the only house on the right side through a white gate.
Directions coming from Aransas Pass:
You'll get on to Highway 35 via an overpass going toward Portland.
Our county road is the first county road on the right hand side. It will be marked by the CR 99 marker.
Directions coming from Rockport:
You'll get on Highway 35 toward Portland and Corpus.
After the large right bend in the highway you'll go under an overpass with drivers merging with you coming from Aransas Pass.

Directions coming from Ingleside:
Either go through Aransas Pass on Wheeler Avenue and follow the directions for Aransas Pass above or do the following:
Get on 1060 toward Wal Mart in Aransas Pass.
Take a left on 3512 toward the T.P. McCampbell Airport.
Take a right on Highway 35.
It'll be the first county road to your left next to a pasture with a huge rectangular body of water.
It'll be marked by the CR 99 marker.
Directions coming from Portland/Corpus Christi:
Get on 35 toward Gregory/Aransas Pass.
Stay on 35 through Gregory. DO NOT exit to Ingleside.
Stay 35 through the caution lights at the intersection with 136.
Stay 35 passed a picnic area on the right hand side.
You'll notice the county roads will be increasing in number (93, 95, 97, 99).
You'll pass a road on your right to the T.P. McCampbell Airport.
It'll be the next road on your left marked by the CR 99 marker.
